You will collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational plans, supporting the factory manager in implementing strategic objectives and translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans, with clear and measurable targets, and manage the forecasting process also analyze production and financial data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.2. You will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, maintaining transparency and supporting strategic decisions also implement and monitor internal controls to protect factory assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.3.
