Supporting to deliver a successful project on time, on budget, within company requirements and client obligations for safety, health, environment and quality.</p><p><span>Administrate information and the technical documentation to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions and supporting the production activities.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Work closely with Project Team. Ensure the alignment of project agreement, design and construction deliverables;</li><li>For Architectural’s disciplines assigned, will be the main point of contact and interface person between Designer and subcontractor during SD development;</li><li>For the Architectural’s disciplines assigned, will be the main point of contact and interface person between Designer and construction when there are constructability issues;</li><li>Review the design drawings and specifications, identify the issues, propose solution, prepare constructible working sketches, drawings and related documents;</li><li>Under the guide of the Architectural Technical Manager, for the discipline assigned, review the drawing and identify potential optimizations that can improve the constructability and give a reduction on cost;</li><li>Support the site team during the construction phase, in case of concerns clarifying dubt and helping them providing sketches and solution in case of conflicts or not clarity on IFC drawings;</li><li>Coordinate and review shop drawings and materials submittal of sub-contractor and vendor in compliance with project design.
