RESPONSIBILITIES</h1> The Associate will support valuation and financial modeling efforts by coordinating data collection, conducting financial and risk analyses, and contributing to the preparation of corporate materials to guide origination, development, and operational decisions. <ul style='\"margin-top:' margin-bottom:> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif> <a name="%5C%22_Hlk215480472%5C%22"></a>Create and maintain financing models for operating projects to track performance, improve forecast accuracy, and support optimization of operational strategies. </li> <li style='\"margin:' line-height: font-size: font-family: calibri sans-serif>Maintain and enhance database applications built on Microsoft Fabric and Excel, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and seamless integration with financial models;
