These solutions are especially focused on the rapid adoption of renewable energy resources and electric vehicle charging solutions.</p><p>EVO Power is going through a period of strong and sustained growth in Australia and has recently expanded its business into the US and South Korea.</p><p>As part of our long-term strategy to continue this unprecedent growth, an opportunity exists for a Utility Energy Storage Sales Executive.</p><h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3><p>The Utility Energy Storage Sales Executive is a critical senior-level Sales and Account Management role within EVO Power’s Commercial function.</p><p>This role is responsible for the development and ongoing management of strategically important customer relationships, enabling the organization to meet its BESS project volume, revenue and profitability goals.</p><p>Developing suitable account growth strategies, identifying and nurturing key customer relationships with senior-level decision-makers and deploying organizational go-to-market initiatives are core aspects of this position.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Achieve specific Order Intake and Revenue targets as assigned by business management</li><li>Deliver on assigned KPI’s, supporting the company’s vision, strategic values and business objectives</li><li>Professional funnel management to drive effective project opportunity pipeline reporting in company CRM system</li><li>Deliver commercial and strategic results per plan through the development and implementation of professional Key Account Management strategies and effective customer relationship ownership methodologies</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional teams and leadership regarding customer needs, technical requirements and new market opportunities</li><li>Assess market trends and gather competitive industry information to identify risks and opportunities for the business, feeding intelligence and strategic insight back into the organization to ensure optimal company positioning</li><li>Attend industry events, conferences, seminars, trade shows to effectively promote company BESS solutions offerings</li></ul><h3>ABOUT YOU</h3><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ Renewable Energy experience (Energy Storage, Solar, Wind or Power Generation)</li><li>Minimum 7 years’ senior Business Development/Key Account Management Sales experience with large, complex, strategic customers</li></ul><p>Required Skills:</p><ul><li>Proven capability in core Business Development practices, including proposal tendering processes and contract negotiations in the Renewable Energy sector</li><li>Demonstrated record of achieving Sales targets and driving sustainable profitable business growth</li><li>Ability to establish productive and effective stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, including the ability to network at Executive levels</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence others</li><li>Established network with key stakeholders amongst project Developers, IPPs, Utilities, Owner – Operators and Asset Managers</li><li>Solid understanding of Solar/Energy Storage project development process, timelines, requirement and engagement partners</li><li>Expertise in developing compelling sales pitches and marketing strategies around Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions</li><li>Familiarity with UL, NEC, NFPA and AHJ project considerations• Well-informed around IRA, ITC, Incentives and industry policies, regulations and financial models</li></ul><p>Culture:</p><ul><li>To promote diversity and equality of opportunity in all EVO Power’s work and practices.</li><li>To assist in building a staff culture where everyone is valued and equipped to do their job.</li><li>We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.</li></ul><p>Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities: </p><p>EVO Power is an ISO certified organization and has responsibilities to ensure ongoing adherence to our internal management systems. As the Utility Energy Storage Sales Executive within the organization the role is required for you to be responsible for fulfilling all applicable duties under EVO Power's Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).</p><p>These responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Ensure that the IMS conforms to the requirements of ANSI/ISO 9001, ANSI/ISO 14001, and ANSI/ISO 45001.</li><li>Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.</li><li>Ensure that the integrity of the IMS is maintained.</li><li>Assist with the identification, development, implementation, and review of the Integrated Management System (IMS).</li><li>Assist your Manager and Compliance Officer in the identification, assessment, and selection of measures to control hazards and risks.</li><li>Assist your Manager and Compliance Officer in monitoring and evaluating hazards and risk control measures.</li><li>Assist your Manager and Compliance Officer in the identification, development, and provision of appropriate quality, environmental and health and safety related information, instruction, and training.</li><li>Assist your Manager and Compliance Officer to effectively consult with staff members.• Ensure that all nonconformities are investigated, their causes found, that steps are taken to prevent a recurrence, and that everybody who needs to be told about it is told.</li><li>Monitor and advise on legislative and technical changes in your respective field.</li><li>Support employees to follow policies and processes developed.</li><li>Provide information to employees on the IMS.</li><li>Ensure that all direct reports receive training, instruction, and information to enable them to perform their work.</li><li>Communicate the company’s Quality, Occupational Health &amp; Safety and Environmental policies and processes to all employees.</li><li>Be responsible for communicating risks and responsibilities for the integrated management system.</li><li>Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and not to let others come to harm due to your own actions.</li><li>Report any quality, safety and environmental incidents or hazards to the relevant Manager or Compliance team member.</li><li>Keep informed of the contents of the integrated management system and apply it to daily work.</li><li>Adhere to EVO Power USA’s Employee Handbook</li></ul><p>You acknowledge that these responsibilities are essential to maintaining EVO Power’s certification standards and commit to performing them in accordance with established procedures and requirements.</p><p><br></p>
