If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div>The Deputy Manager - Production Planning &amp; Control function drives effective coordination between multiple stakeholders including sales, manufacturing, logistics, finance, procurement, government affairs etc. and carefully develops strategic production plan and forecast to satisfy the needs of lucid customers, maximize plant assets utilization, maximize plant revenue, critically balance all local governmental labor law requirements and ensure zero down time and loss of production capacity. This role leads all discussions related to supplier capacity constraints and drives suitable allocation of constrains resources. He/She is expected to be an excellent communicator across all levels, highly data driven and persuasive.  The ideal candidate brings strategic thought process, digital transformation, strong team builder and motivator with excellent communication capabilities both above and below the grade.  <ul><li>Lead the production control team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement production control strategies to improve workflow efficiency and inventory accuracy. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS), capacity planning, and shop floor scheduling in alignment with sales forecasts and inventory targets. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and engineering to ensure smooth operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and analyze production performance metrics (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, production lead time, and inventory turns; drive continuous improvement initiatives. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of ERP/MRP systems and production data. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify bottlenecks or potential delays and proactively implement corrective actions. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead cross-functional meetings to review production status, forecast changes, and operational challenges. </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee raw material and component inventory levels to support production without overstocking. </li></ul><ul><li>Support new product introductions and engineering changes from a planning and control perspective. </li></ul> <ul><li>Meets agreed objectives, and deliver best practice results, added value and continuous improvements  </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and ensure accurate material schedules to get the right materials on site at the right time  </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors    </li></ul> <ul><li>Strong acumen for overall production cost management and maximize plant revenue. </li></ul>  <ul><li>Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, logistics, transportation, warehousing, shipping, sales and vehicle dealership systems/ processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities. </li></ul>  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. </li></ul> <ul><li>7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations. </li></ul><ul><li>At least 2~3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within logistics. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in managing large teams and complex distribution networks. </li></ul><div><div>Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
