The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to MET Services Ltd. (cca. 200 employees) Human Resources Manager’s daily operations.<ul><li>Be responsible for all administration tasks related to the employee life cycle</li><li>Update and manage HR Information Systems data</li><li>Supporting daily HR operations by managing employee records, handling onboarding/offboarding, coordinating benefits/payroll data, answering employee queries</li><li>Support the monitoring of the performance evaluation process</li><li>Coordinate the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications</li><li>Support the Group HR Controlling team in terms of reporting, planning and budget tracking</li><li>Support the tracking and analysis of personnel costs, payroll, benefits and HR operational expenses</li><li>Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports</li></ul><ul></ul>
