AECOM Mississauga is recruiting a Risk Director – Transit &amp; Rail. This position is for a newly created position.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Team management: Lead a team of 2 to 3 resources and provide direction and mentorship as required.</li><li>Risk Development Strategy: Establish the overall process for the joint identification, assessment and tracking of risks, segregation of risks to risk owners, development of mitigation actions, and recurring monitoring and update - ensuring that risk management is conducted according to Metrolinx established practices.</li><li>Risk Refinement: Establish the framework for how collaborative risk workshops will be implemented to facilitate comprehensive discussion on both inter- and intra-disciplinary risks</li><li>Risk Modelling: Oversee the running of the integrated Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) model and ensure risk modelling is conducted according to Metrolinx established practices.</li><li>Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with the Project Co to ensure consistent quality and compliance throughout the joint risk register development process</li><li>Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely design and construction teams, estimating and scheduling teams, independent value assessors and other critical stakeholders to ensure the risk register accurately reflects the scope and complexities of the project</li></ul>  <ul></ul>
