AECOM is seeking a Health &amp; Safety Specialist (H&amp;S Incident Investigation Specialist) - Airport to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.  This position is for a newly created position. Major Requirements:  The successful candidate will report to the H&amp;S Manager.To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following: ·        Oversees investigations of all recordable incidents and near-misses to identify contributing factors and root causes to prevent a reoccurrence·        Identifies, communicates, and implements lessons learned across the program·        Promotes awareness of safety hazards and due diligence in resolving safety-related risks via communications, resourcefulness, and transparency·        Manages, develops, and promotes the health and safety management system·        Oversees and monitors the implementation of construction safety requirements at the program level
