He/She will support the HRBP to carry out all the department related activities, ensuring the goals set for the function achieved and exceeded.Principal Responsibilities: <ul><li>Carry out the recruiting activities, by updating the job descriptions and attending job interviews.</li><li>Country specific administration of day-to-day tasks (translations, policy updating, information gathering, etc.).</li><li>Provide HR solutions support, advice and consultation to employees. Provides tools and information to support effective delivery of HR services and processes (Workday, XLC and all HR related tools).</li><li>Implementing training and development programs. Cooperate with external consulting companies. Organize local training and classrooms; keep track of training records and registers; gather and prepare the documentation needed to be compliant with the funded training.</li><li>Keep HR data, files and documents stored and updated.</li><li>Ensure the onboarding activities are scheduled and executed in time.</li><li>Contribute to arrange internal communications and to organize employee events and watermark events, etc.</li><li>Be the point of contact for employee requests and queFor our Head Quarter in Lainate (MI), we are seeking an HR Generalist intern.
