The Senior Executive Assistant will handle confidential and sensitive information for their leader and serve as a liaison to various customers.YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.Executive Partnership &amp; Strategic Support<ul><li>Serve as a strategic partner to the Segment President/EVP and Chief Growth Officer by proactively managing priorities, anticipating needs, and enabling focus on high-impact initiatives.</li><li>Act as a trusted liaison between the executives and senior leaders across the segment and enterprise.</li><li>Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive, confidential, and high-risk matters.</li><li>Must be comfortable engaging with highly mobile executives through face-to-face, virtual, and mobile platforms.</li></ul>Complex Calendar &amp; Time Management<ul><li>Own and manage a highly complex, dynamic executive calendar across multiple time zones.</li><li>Balance segment, enterprise, customer, and external commitments.</li><li>Prioritize meetings based on business impact and strategic importance.</li><li>Ensure appropriate preparation time, materials readiness, and follow-up execution.</li></ul>                       Enterprise-Level Support<ul><li>Coordinate executive participation in enterprise leadership meetings.</li><li>Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and decision packages.</li><li>Track actions, decisions, and deliverables across enterprise forums.</li></ul>Meeting &amp; Communications Management<ul><li>Prepare agendas, capture outcomes, and drive follow-up on key meetings.</li><li>Ensure clarity, alignment, and consistency of messaging.</li></ul>Travel, Logistics &amp; Expense Management<ul><li>Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation.</li><li>Support executive offsites, leadership summits, and external engagements.</li><li>Manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and reimbursements.</li></ul>People, Culture &amp; Leadership Support<ul><li>Collaborates effectively across teams throughout the enterprise.</li><li>Support culture-building initiatives, recognition activities, and leadership engagement efforts.</li><li>Serve as a visible culture carrier and ambassador for the organization’s values.</li><li>Act as a host for key visitors and customers as needed.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications or a relevant area.</li><li>Ten (10) or more years’ administrative experience.</li><li>Ability to travel 10%</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Previous executive administrative experience supporting C-suite or EVP-level leaders.</li><li>Proven ability to operate independently, with discretion, and handle highly confidential information.</li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience working in highly matrixed, fast-paced corporate environments.</li><li>Prior experience in large, complex organizations.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, or other collaboration tools.</li></ul>Pay Range:$73,200.00 - $117,800.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
