At our location in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for a Intern to join our international GEA Academy Operations and Excellence team as soon as possible. You will play a key role in transforming how we deliver learning experiences across the organization by working on cutting-edge educational infrastructure projects, working closely with our Sr. L&amp;D Architect. As part of our mission to drive Mission 30 through Learning &amp; Growth, you will support the development and optimization of our learning technology ecosystem - from VR/AR solutions to AI-powered performance support systems, helping us bring learning into the flow of work for 18,000+ employees and external customers worldwide.Responsibilities / TasksLearning Infrastructure &amp; Technology· Implementation and optimization of our learning infrastructure architecture (e.g. LMS, Performance Support Platforms, VR/AR systems, Authoring tools, SharePoint, MS CoPilot)· Assist in piloting and rolling out innovative learning technologies including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Digital Coach, and AI-powered learning solutions· Help document and standardize processes for new learning platforms and tools· Support the integration of learning systemsProject SupportSupport ongoing innovation projects including: · Assist with project documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking· Help coordinate between Academy teams, IT, and business stakeholders· Help create documentation and training materials for Academy team members· Contribute to research on emerging learning technologies and best practicesYour Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>You are studying Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, IT/Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field</li><li>You have a strong interest in digital learning, learning experience design, or educational innovation</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint</li><li>Experience or strong interest in learning technologies, educational platforms and knowledge management</li><li>Familiarity with data analysis tools or willingness to learn (e.g., Power BI, Excel Analytics)</li><li>Basic understanding of system integrations and digital workflows (advantage)</li></ul>Knowledge &amp; Experience<ul><li>Interest in emerging technologies such as VR/AR, AI, or performance support systems</li><li>Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, or adult education principles (advantage)</li><li>Experience with Learning Management Systems or educational platforms (advantage)</li><li>Some knowledge of project management methodologies (advantage)</li></ul>Personal Competencies<ul><li>You are self-propelling, a team player, responsible, and with attention to detail</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities</li><li>You quickly grasp new concepts and enjoy exploring new technologies</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams</li><li>Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative</li></ul>Languages<ul><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken) - essential</li><li>Dutch language skills are an advantage</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
