Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead, supervise and coordinate the daily production activities, including planning, organizing, controlling workflow and enforcing safety procedures as first priority (Safety First mindset).</li><li>Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines, adjusting as necessary to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.</li><li>Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance, support and ensuring adherence to HSE and PPE requirements at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, logistics and HSE to ensure smooth flow and resolve any bottlenecks.</li><li>Implement and follow up on incident reporting, risk assessments and safety observations (Leader Standard Work / Gemba).</li><li>Monitor and analyze production metrics (output, waste, SAP confirmations, scrap, OEE, downtime) and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct recruitment activities (in alignment with HR), including sourcing, interviewing and selecting qualified production staff.</li><li>Evaluate performance and provide regular feedback; implement performance improvement plans when necessary.</li><li>Take disciplinary actions, including termination, in alignment with HR, HSE and legal compliance.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Minimum 5 years in production/manufacturing.</li><li>At least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory position.</li><li>Experience with recruitment, performance management and conflict resolution.</li><li>Experience with SAP ECC / SAP S4 (Production confirmations, routing times, HU / WM movements) is an advantage.</li><li>Experience with continuous improvement programs (Lean / 5S / OEE) is preferred.</li><li>Languages: Danish preferred; English fluent (required).</li><li>IT: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP (PP / WM modules) preferred.</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong leadership, structured communicator, conflict resolution, proactive problem-solving.</li></ul>​The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
