How You'll Make an Impact<ul><li>Help create a best-in-class internal communications that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all business units in Finland.</li><li>Actively plans and implements local employer branding campaigns and events (e.g. recruitment fairs and student visits) to support Employee Experience initiatives and recruitment targets delivery.</li><li>Close cooperation with universities, vocational schools, career services and other business and students’ organization.</li><li>Create and carry out internal and external activities aimed at strengthening the positive image of the employer aligned with local business direction and needs.</li><li>Coordinate summer intern process in Finland.      </li><li>Further develop and manage local onboarding activities. </li><li>Build local Employer Branding actions’ calendar aligned with global Employer Branding strategy and business objectives</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field.</li><li>Experience in communications, preferably in content management or digital media.</li><li>Strong understanding of employer branding area to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to candidates.</li><li>Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.</li><li>Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative (ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels).</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced global environment.</li><li>Possesses good communications skills in Finnish and in English.</li><li>Basic Project Management skills.</li><li>Positive and passionate personality, with a strong drive to challenge the status quo and continuously improve things.  </li></ul>More about usApply for the position as soon as possible, no later than 28th February 2026.
