This critical role sits at the intersection of Finance, Investment and Commercial, ensuring that our deal flow and execution remains compliant, controlled, and aligned with our long-term objectives and fiduciary responsibilities. You will formalize key decision-making processes and provide the analysis necessary to steer our investment trajectory.</span></div><br><br><h3>Investment Governance &amp; Portfolio Management</h3><ul><li><b>Investment Committee (IC) Leadership:</b> Own the Investment Committee process end-to-end, including managing the meeting cadence, setting the agenda, coordinating the preparation of necessary materials, and ensuring clear documentation and tracking of all IC decisions and approvals.</li><li><b>Compliance &amp; Risk Management:</b> Monitor and ensure continuous compliance with the firm’s management agreement, specific requirements from debt, equity or other investors including reporting and adherence to covenants, and various internal risk buckets, providing regular reporting to senior management.</li><li><b>Approval Tracking &amp; Documentation:</b> Develop and implement a robust system for tracking all investment approvals, frameworks, conditions precedent, and portfolio decisions across the asset lifecycle.</li></ul><h3>Strategic Planning &amp; Transaction Approval </h3><ul><li><b>Annual Investment Plan:</b> Support the development and articulation of the annual investment plan for review and approval by the Board of Directors.</li><li><b>Streamlined Approvals:</b> Work with leadership to establish policy and parameters such that deals generally fitting within the approved investment plan can proceed with efficient internal signoffs, reducing the need for ad-hoc external approvals.</li><li><b>Material Transaction Management:</b> Formalize and manage the process for all deal approvals, meticulously coordinating the preparation and submission of materials for both internal review and external Board-approved material transactions.</li><li><b>Process Improvement:</b> Drive continuous improvement in all approval, governance, and planning processes to ensure they are scalable and resilient as the portfolio rapidly expands.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>7+ years of experience in risk management, governance, or financial processes at an infrastructure fund, real estate investment firm, or high-growth company with complex deal flow.</li><li>Demonstrable experience managing an Investment Committee or similar high-stakes governance body.</li><li>Understanding of investment fund structures, management agreements, and compliance obligations.</li><li>Proven ability to formalize informal processes and implement scalable corporate governance frameworks.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage competing, complex deadlines.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to clearly articulate complex strategic and financial information to executive leadership and board members.</li></ul><br><div>We are building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
