The assignment is temporary, running from <strong>February 2 through April 10</strong>, and is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments who can contribute immediately with minimal ramp time.</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Disassemble production equipment and machinery for relocation</li><li>Reassemble mechanical systems, ensuring proper alignment, torque, and fit per specifications</li><li>Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly diagrams, manuals, and work instructions</li><li>Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects and document findings</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively</li><li>Support equipment testing and validation after reassembly to ensure proper operation</li><li>Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), safety, and quality procedures at all times</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards</li><li>Document work performed, parts used, and issues identified</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, maintenance staff, and production teams to meet schedules and objectives</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)</li><li>2+ years of experience as a mechanical technician, maintenance technician, or similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment</li><li>Experience with equipment teardown and rebuild in a manufacturing or industrial environment</li><li>Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions</li><li>Familiarity with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches)</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical Technology or related field</li><li>Experience working with automated or semi-automated production equipment</li><li>Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or basic electrical systems</li><li>Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Effective communication and documentation skills</li><li>Time management and ability to meet production schedules</li></ul><div><div><div><p>The base pay is just one part of CelLink's total compensation package and is determined within a range.
