This team manages the entire<span> </span><strong>order-to-fulfillment process</strong><span> </span>and serves as the primary contact for Retail and Corporate Sales teams on all<span> </span><strong>order-to-cash matters</strong>.</p><p>In this role, you will handle daily operations, support retail locations with inquiries and escalations related to orders and deliveries, and identify opportunities to improve processes and automation. Your contribution will help ensure smooth order placement, accurate tracking, and rapid deliveries—providing our Sales teams with an exceptional operational experience.</p></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing inquiries related to orders, pricing, incentives, vehicle assignments, readiness, invoices, and delivery.</li><li>Provide proactive updates on order status, fulfillment, and delivery to ensure transparency.</li><li>Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to secure orders and enable smooth vehicle handovers, applying a proactive approach where manual adjustments are needed.</li><li>Manage vehicle inventory by ensuring accurate order allocation, release, and visibility on our websites.</li><li>Efficiently resolve cases related to order configuration, pricing, invoices, refunds, and payments.</li><li>Maintain data accuracy across systems throughout the order-to-delivery process.</li><li>Ensure accurate order confirmations and invoices based on payment preferences.</li><li>Support a structured and scalable Order Operations program, ensuring consistency in all aspects of vehicle orders and customer-facing documentation.</li><li>Promote a knowledge-sharing culture by developing training materials, sharing best practices, and providing training to team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Provide operational support for ad-hoc business initiatives.</li></ul><hr><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>We are a start-up!
