This is an exciting opportunity to design and build a new class of battery manufacturing. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, deploy and ramp various manufacturing stations &amp; lines.This work will include participating in hands-on trial builds, setting up workstations and training technicians at new production facilities. You’ll work with design engineers, supply chain, operations, safety, facilities, assemblers, and a host of other teams and outside suppliers and consultants. As we manufacture our products for the first time, expect a slew of surprise issues that will need rapid root cause investigation and resolution demanding critical thinking, persistence, and collaboration. This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 – Form Energy’s 550,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Weirton, WV, a commutable distance from Pittsburgh. Purpose-built for high-volume, advanced battery production, Form Factory 1 is a hub of fast-moving, collaborative work driving a new era of large-scale American energy manufacturing in the heart of the Rust Belt.Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Own the build, purchase, and/or deployment of manufacturing workstations and equipment ranging from initial manual benchtop stations to highly automated systems.</li><li>You are responsible for designing and deploying your manufacturing equipment.
