You’ll deliver clear, consistent and high-quality communications for internal engagement and external relations working closely with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams. If you’re a communications professional with 3–5 years’ experience who enjoys hands-on delivery and wants exposure to major energy projects with real-world impact, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. What you’ll do:Integrated Communications <ul><li>Deliver integrated internal and external communications across the Mona, Morgan and Morven projects. </li></ul><ul><li>Align project communications with corporate messaging, milestones and brand standards. </li></ul>Internal Communications <ul><li>Produce weekly and periodic updates, including the Friday Five newsletter. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor media coverage and flag relevant stories and risks to project leadership. </li></ul><ul><li>Support quarterly Town Halls, including agendas, materials and speaker coordination. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate weekly communications calls and actions. </li></ul>Brand, Culture &amp; Engagement <ul><li>Maintain branding and visual assets across London and Edinburgh offices. </li></ul><ul><li>Produce internal communications materials (screens, posters, templates and branded collateral). </li></ul><ul><li>Lead the annual internal communications survey and support team charter roll-out. </li></ul>External Communications &amp; Stakeholder Support <ul><li>Draft and review press releases, reactive Q&amp;As and manage media enquiries. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare briefing packs, messaging and talking points for project leaders. </li></ul><ul><li>Draft responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain project and stakeholder decks. </li></ul><ul><li>Draft LinkedIn posts and milestone communications for project directors. </li></ul>Digital &amp; Web <ul><li>Manage updates to project websites, working closely with external web developers. </li></ul>Events &amp; Consultation <ul><li>Support external speaking engagements and public consultation events, including materials and logistics. </li></ul><ul><li>Review and produce public-facing materials (leaflets, brochures and website copy). </li></ul><ul><li>Support exhibitions and industry events from planning through delivery. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate participation in industry awards and dinners, including submissions. </li></ul>Measurement &amp; Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Monitor communications engagement metrics across internal, digital and event channels. </li></ul><ul><li>Gather feedback and insights to improve communications content and delivery. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain content calendars and simple reporting frameworks. </li></ul>To be successful in the role you will bring: <ul><li>3–5 years’ experience in communications (in-house or agency). </li></ul><ul><li>Experience delivering integrated communications across multiple channels. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong writing, editing and stakeholder engagement skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs independently. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in energy, infrastructure or technical sectors is an advantage, but not essential. </li></ul>We expect a personal commitment to our management systems and frameworks: Quality, HSSE, OT Security, …What you can expect from us: Working at JERA Nex bp means being part of a global leader in offshore wind, where innovation, collaboration, and sustainability drive everything we do.
