This role involves managing all phases of construction projects from planning, permitting execution, closeout while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><ul><li><strong>Project Planning &amp; Execution</strong><ul><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for EV charging station installations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Oversee site assessments, utility coordination, and civil/electrical construction activities.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong><ul><li>Serve as the primary construction point of contact for project stakeholders including site hosts, municipalities, and vendors.</li><li>Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively to leadership and partners.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Compliance &amp; Safety</strong><ul><li>Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Quality Control</strong><ul><li>Monitor, update, and maintain accurate project schedules and ensure schedule adherence by all assigned team members.</li><li>Monitor construction quality and ensure installations meet technical specifications and performance standards.</li><li>Manage punch lists and ensure timely resolution of deficiencies.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Budget &amp; Cost Control</strong><ul><li>Track project costs and manage change orders.</li><li>Review and approve invoices</li><li>Optimize resource allocation and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li></ul></li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
