Dive in and thrive! Your Role As a Product Operations Manager (all genders) at envelio, you ensure that our product organization stays on a scalable path with clarity, efficiency, and consistency. You build and operate the operational foundation so that Product Managers can focus on customers, the market, and the product. In close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales, you help create measurable value for our customers while achieving our business goals. How You Make an Impact <ul><li>You define, optimize, and standardize all product related processes such as roadmap planning, discovery and delivery frameworks, and release management, ensuring their sustainable implementation.</li><li>You establish a consistent product KPI set, reporting standards, and dashboards, and develop reliable data-driven product insights together with the team.</li><li>You take over project administration as the operational backbone: from scheduling, documentation, and reporting to ensuring quality and compliance requirements are met, coordinating approvals, and collaborating with Finance for milestone-based invoicing.</li><li>You support and professionalize tender processes: from structured requirement gathering and offer calculation to deadline and compliance management, and clear handovers to Sales, Legal, and Finance.
