We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.     Your role and responsibilities:     As a Supplier Development Engineer your work will consist of: •    Managing new product introduction and leading proactive quality assurance activities for turned and machined parts &amp; pipes  •    Analysing supplier performance and capabilities, identifying development opportunities and driving impactful development actions •    Developing and executing supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance •     Supporting suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to quality, delivery and cost •    Executing supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verify impact The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of impactful Supplier Development team and Category team with diverse expertise.   Requirements for the position:  <ul><li>Strong expertise/previous experience of metal technologies</li><li>Quality Process Management understanding</li><li>Excellent communication, self leadership and teamworking skills</li><li>Strong personal drive for identifying development potential and taking lead on initiatives</li><li>Performance-focused mindset and capability to make an impact</li><li>A systematic way of working and excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Capability to apply continuous improvement principles and statistical process control in daily work for driving improvement</li></ul>Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:   <ul><li>M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or Economics and or qualified equivalent</li><li>Fluency in English, both verbal and written</li><li>Willingness to travel</li><li>Experience of Production Part Approval Process / Experience in quality management for example in manufacturing processes</li><li>Previous auditing experience or lead auditor qualification (e.g ISO 9001) is seen as an advantage  </li></ul> Why you and us?       You are valued – as your true self.
