End-to-End Project Ownership</b></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">- Orchestrate Execution: Oversee the daily progress of at least 3 complex projects, ensuring they remain on scope and on time. </span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">- Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, quality, training etc.), ensuring resources are unblocked and aligned with roadmap constraints.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and propose solutions.  </span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">- Maintain high rigor of documentation.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size:16px;">2. Stakeholder Management &amp; Reporting</b></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">- Acting Face of the Project: Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners/clients</span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present weekly status reports to the Leadership team. </span></div><br><br><h3>Your qualifications</h3><ul><li>Educational Background<b>:</b> Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, MBA or Engineering Degree  from a top-tier Business or Engineering School.</li><li>Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) </li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) to track KPIs.
