A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU KEY RESPONSABILITIES Project support  <ul><li>Assist in administrative and coordination tasks to support ongoing projects under the guidance of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.</li><li>Aid in organizing project-related documentation, reports, and data management.</li><li>Support ongoing project management tasks such as invoice and timesheet handling, short-term expertise identification and mobilization, local account management, expense review, administrative tasks completion, and activity monitoring.</li></ul>Collaboration and learning<ul><li>Address standard problems following established procedures and documents while proactively flagging potential issues to the team.</li><li>Respond to routine requests for project management assistance from team members.</li><li>Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to gain insights into project management processes and workflows.</li><li>Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced team members to enhance project management skills.</li></ul>Communication and liaison  <ul><li>Assist in maintaining communication channels with stakeholders, experts, clients, and partners as directed by the project team.</li><li>Support in the preparation of materials for presentations, reports, and project-related communications.</li></ul>The responsibilities and duties outlined above are not exhaustive and may evolve as per the department's needs and priorities.
