AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Guam.Job Summary/Responsibilities:The role will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of small to large-scale design projects across the project lifecycle - from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration. Responsible for planning and managing project staffing requirements, reporting project performance, and identifying and addressing scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.<ul><li>Manages one or more complex projects, involving the full spectrum of engineering services offered by AECOM.</li><li>Provides project and technical task management for one or more simultaneous projects.</li><li>Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and makes recommendations.</li><li>Reviews contracts, prepares fee proposals, and project execution strategies.</li><li>Manages sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverable, and performance.</li><li>Good presentation and communication skills in English. Good report and proposal writing skills.</li><li>Adheres to and enforces company and project policies.</li><li>Client Relationships: Ability to assist in developing new client relationships and to strengthen existing client relationships. Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients’ key requirements. Be the primary liaison between AECOM and the client.</li><li>Team leadership: good team leadership skills. Self-starter, energetic, pro-active. Provides guidance to subordinate managers or mentorship to junior team members.</li><li>Strong Team player.</li></ul>
