Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate posting of cash receipts, wire transfers, ACH, and checks into ERP systems.</li><li>Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of cash accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.</li><li>Dispute &amp; Deduction Management: Support resolution of customer disputes, short payments, and deductions.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Controls: Maintain adherence to SOX/internal controls and company policies.</li><li>Reporting: Generate and analyze cash application reports to identify trends and improve efficiency.</li><li>Process Improvement: Recommend and implement automation or workflow enhancements to streamline cash application.</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with AR, collections, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end cash flow.</li><li>Training &amp; Support: Mentor junior analysts and guide complex cases.</li></ul> <ul></ul>
