Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Analyze, design, and implement SAP FICO processes in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Customer Service).</li><li>Customize and enhance SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.</li><li>Manage and support the entire Account Receivables, Account Payables, Asset Accounting, General Ledger accounting, Management Reporting, Credit Management, Cash &amp; bank accounting and Report preparation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO processes with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, WM, PP).</li><li>Support key users and provide training and documentation.</li><li>Take part in SAP rollouts and projects.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities and drive digitalization initiatives.</li><li>Manage support and incident management in the SAP FICO environment.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on SAP ERP.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module, including knowledge in integration with other core modules.</li><li>Experience in customizing and collaborating with user exits/BADIs is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of business processes.</li><li>Project management experience is a plus.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
