Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for civil works (e.g., concrete, steel, aggregates, scaffolding).</li><li>Develop vendor diversification strategies and maintain approved vendor lists.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to forecast material requirements.</li><li>Align procurement timelines with construction schedules and milestones.</li><li>Resolve site-level procurement issues and escalate delays or quality concerns.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Support audits and reporting requirements.</li></ul>Cost Optimization<ul><li>Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations in civil materials.</li><li>Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Bachelor's in civil engineering with 10 years of Work experience altogether</li><li>Good experience in civil works.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.</li><li>Proficient in using procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Location: CSO - Jigani</li></ul>
