As the EMEA Accounts Payable Leader, you’ll ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient financial operations for multiple entities. Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts Payable and Travel, you’ll manage a mix of outsourced resources, driving process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.<div></div>What you’ll do<ul><li>Oversee accounts payable processes for EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Manage performance of the outsourced team in Bucharest.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and SLAs, leading monthly governance reviews with stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing timely reports and analysis.</li><li>Drive process improvements and implement system enhancements in partnership with project teams.</li><li>Ensure documentation and standard operating procedures are up to date.</li><li>Act as escalation point for complex queries and ensure resolution.</li><li>Support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.</li></ul><div></div>What you need<ul><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills – required</li><li>Experience managing accounts payable processes – required</li><li>Background in shared services or global business services – preferred</li><li>Project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams – required</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ERP systems; SAP – required</li><li>Accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) – an advantage</li><li>Ability to travel occasionally within Europe – required</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills – required</li></ul><div></div>What we offerJoin Teledyne FLIR, a global leader in thermal imaging and sensor technology, where innovation meets operational excellence.
