Responsibilities: Training and Development • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels • Identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions • Implement eLearning and other technology based learning tools • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed Talent Management • Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps • Create career development plans for employees • Implement performance management processes • Assist with succession planning and talent reviews Leadership Development • Develop and facilitate leadership development programs • Identify high potential employees and create development plans for them • Coach and mentor leaders to enhance their skills and effectiveness • Partner with HR and business leaders to create a strong leadership pipeline Change Management • Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives • Develop change management strategies and communication plans • Train employees on how to adapt to change and manage their emotions • Monitor and assess the success of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement Learning Technology • Manage learning technology platforms and ensure they are up to date • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to employees • Research and recommend new learning technology tools to enhance training and development efforts • Train employees on how to use learning technology effectively Data Analysis and Reporting • Gather and analyze data to measure the impact of training and development programs • Create reports and dashboards to track key learning and development metrics • Make data driven recommendations for improvement and optimization • Communicate results and insights to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
