Work closely with suppliers to develop and continuously improve quality processes and systems. Work with employee teams and managers while exhibiting a professional and cooperative attitude. Plan and supervise work of assigned employees to manage and support department and operational goals.  Develop team skillset, versatility, and bench strength.  This position will be based onsite at our IMT Facility in Garner, Iowa.<h1>YOUR IMPACT</h1><ul><li>Lead a small team of quality inspectors to oversee quality processes, inspections, and much more.</li><li>Plan and oversee the work of assigned team members in final product inspection and in process quality check points so team members are successful and meet schedules and solve quality pro</li><li>Train team to ISO, applicable certification, regulation, workmanship, fleet, and compliance standards.</li><li>Manage incoming inspections for internal/external products.</li><li>Manage the disposition and preparation for release to ship.</li><li>Ensure coverage of all critical quality inspection functions and maintain uninterrupted quality.</li><li>Develop quality team skill set through mentorship and coaching and responsible for interviewing and performance reviews.</li><li>Responsible for identifying team needs, managing spend to budget, scope and quote equipment/services, and develop capital spend justifications and proposals</li><li>Communicate problems effectively within Quality and other departments.</li><li>Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards and processes, and recommend changes as opportunities arise on production floor.</li><li>Responsible for changes needed in machines, processes, materials, and assembly.
