You will also work closely with the Head of SOX to define which systems are in scope.</li><li>Manage the IT Systems SOX cycle — coordinate critical artefacts underpinning the company’s IT controls environment; and plan, coordinate and monitor completion of walkthroughs, control testing, deficiency evaluation, and remediation, ensuring compliance with Sections 302 and 404 within all in scope systems.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors — coordinate group responses to requests from auditors and Group functions on IT Controls matters, promoting reliance on internal assurance work undertaken.</li><li>Provide governance and reporting — Prepare and present regular reports on IT SOX control effectiveness, risks, and remediation status to the Head of Sarbanes-Oxley and CIO.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement — identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and sustainability of the IT control frameworks and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.</li><li>Embed a strong control and continuous improvement culture — Collaborate with the CIO and IT leadership to integrate IT controls into the broader IT governance and security programs (e.g. ISMS in place for ISO97001) encouraging identification of opportunities to further improve the framework.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Relevant Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM gained whilst operating within a Big 4 or equivalent industry environment.</li><li>Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage but not a requirement.</li><li>Experience in IT controls, IT audit, or IT risk management, preferably in a multinational or publicly listed company (preferably US listing).</li><li>Strong knowledge of SOX IT control requirements and IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).</li><li>Familiarity with IT Compliance and GRC tools (e.g. Workiva, AuditBoard, or SAP GRC)</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
