Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.Job Description:*This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned*Position Responsibilities and Duties: <ul><li>Assist Specialists in payroll processing including all interim processing such as voids; replacement checks; terminations; and corrections</li><li>Run and review timecard exception reports and resolve exceptions prior to payroll processing</li><li>Accurate input of timecards as required</li><li>Review of audit/exception reports and journal entries generated by the payroll process</li><li>Timely transmission of direct deposit file to appropriate financial institution</li><li>Timely and accurate printing and distribution of all payroll checks and pay advices</li><li>Accurate and timely depositing of payroll taxes for assigned payrolls</li><li>Perform assigned payroll related reporting accurately and by required dates.
