The People Experience (HR) Team is passionate about creating an engaging and rewarding employee experience. We are looking for a Senior People Partner to support some of our growing departments and corresponding clients. </span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor for business leaders on organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, talent practices, compensation, employee relations, learning and development.</li><li>Lead organizational transformations; help design organizations in line with business strategy to drive change and transition management.</li><li>Facilitate and drive all people experience programs for the department - onboarding, performance management, high-potential development program nominations, compensation planning, engagement survey action planning, and recognition programs.</li><li>Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams when necessary.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience as a People Partner/HRBP.</li><li>Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Experience contributing to the enhancement and scaling of programs.</li><li>Demonstrated change management and project management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting, teamwork, and influencing skills.</li><li>Strong judgment in assessing employee and business risk.</li><li>Knowledge of compensation strategies and packages that include equity.</li><li>Organizational design and development experience.</li><li>Experience in centers of excellence outside of people partner domain expertise is a plus.</li><li>A leader who quickly ramps on business acumen, dives into details, is comfortable with ambiguity and drives results.</li><li>Systems thinker who partners effectively with other departments within the people experience team and partners effectively with legal, finance and communications.</li><li>Has breadth and depth of understanding of industry best practices in HR.</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
