This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience and develop foundational skills in project management within international cooperation and development.   A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU KEY RESPONSABILITIES Administrative support  <ul><li>Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.  </li><li>Support in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.  </li><li>Aid in maintaining project databases, records, and files, ensuring they are up-to-date.  </li></ul>Coordination and communication<ul><li>Assist in coordinating logistics for project-related events, workshops, or missions.  </li><li>Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders by relaying information as directed.  </li><li>Support in drafting correspondences, reports, and presentations under the guidance of the Project Manager or Project Team.  </li></ul>Project support <ul><li>Assist the Project Manager (PM) or Junior Project Manager (JPM) in various tasks related to project monitoring and implementation.  </li><li>Support the Project Manager (PM) for technical offers: experts identification and technical and administrative aspects</li><li>Aid in monitoring project timelines, highlighting any deviations or issues to the Project Manager (PM).</li></ul>The responsibilities and duties outlined above are not exhaustive and may evolve as per the department's needs and priorities.
