This includes posting journals in the general ledger, ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time.</li><li>Compliance and Technical Excellence: You will manage all technical aspects of payroll, including Benefit-in-Kind (BIK), share awards, pensions, and statutory deductions. You will also oversee Auto-Enrolment registration and processing, as well as coordinate the accuracy of our UK payroll operations.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Working closely with our People and Culture team, you will resolve payroll queries and ensure data consistency.
