<div><span style="font-size:16px;">The Data team turns autonomous vehicle and operational data into insights that measure autonomy and service readiness at Zoox. In this role, you’ll partner with AI, simulation, and mission assurance teams to drive improvements, guide development, and identify high-impact opportunities toward autonomy. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">You’ll help define how geospatial data and metrics are used across the company, enabling Zoox to scale in a data-driven way while working with one of the industry’s most unique autonomous vehicle datasets.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Build data pipelines of geospatial features</li><li>Integrate internal and external geospatial data to enhance our datasets</li><li>Collaborate with multiple teams to prioritize roadmap on map features</li><li>Identify key areas of investments for our geospatial datasets and features</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in CS, statistics, mathematics or relevant fields</li><li>Experience with map data and geospatial data analysisFluency in Python or Scala</li><li>Familiarity with SQL</li><li>Experience with Spark or large-scale data analysis</li><li>Experience designing metrics, building mechanisms to fuel business insights, and driving decision-making at various levels in an organization</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with Geospatial Information System (GIS), knowledge of earth systems and geospatial sciences</li><li>Basic fluency in C++</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
