This position is hybrid and located in Budapest, Hungary.Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role<ul><li>Offers routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities.</li><li>Ensures the performance of team members as per standards.</li><li>Offers input of individual and/group training needs.</li><li>Trains the team members on the jobs and addresses the questions to TL.</li><li>Handles the routines operations and resolve the issues related to the operation.</li><li>Determines opportunities to streamline current processes.</li><li>Supports the development of processes and procedures.</li><li>Adheres to project plans. (acts as SME or even PM)</li><li>Will act as the ‘go to’ person for the team.</li><li>Will coordinate the audit requests.
