As part of our international procurement environment, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the global organisation.The team thrives on collaboration and professional sparring — sharing insights, challenging assumptions and working across functions to ensure that procurement contributes directly to improved project execution, innovation and performance.Your main responsibility is to ensure that suppliers, agreements and our category strategy all support the needs of our business.Working at the intersection of sourcing excellence, supplier development and stakeholder collaboration, you will manage commercial tasks, drive performance improvements and enable strong project delivery.More specifically, you will:<ul><li>Negotiate contracts and price agreements on electrical components</li><li>Ensure local implementation of the global electrical category strategy</li><li>Provide local feedback to the global categories and support cost reduction initiatives</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, handling commercial topics, performance and compliance (e.g. CoC and NDA), as well as develop suppliers and supplier networks with a focus on innovation and sustainability</li><li>Support sales and project procurement during both pre-sales and execution</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsAs a skilled negotiator and problem-solver, you are ready to drive procurement value and shape new ways of working. You know how to translate data into insights that support better decisions and turn ideas into concrete results.
