Warehouse Associates safely operate forklifts or other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Have a Safety 1st mindset.</li><li>Operate various types of material handling equipment including a Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, High-Lift and Forklifts.</li><li>Unload and receive shipments from suppliers while verifying order accuracy.</li><li>Pick and stage orders for outbound shipments.</li><li>Check outbound orders for accuracy.</li><li>Load trailers with product for delivery.</li><li>Perform general warehouse duties as necessary.</li><li>Some weekends may be required</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsPreferred Skills:<ul><li>Team player mindset.</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated and independent worker.</li><li>RF Scanner, WMS or SAP experience.</li><li>Forklift experience.</li><li>Ability to read and write English.</li><li>Good math skills.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Standing for extended periods of time, bending and lifting up to 50lbs</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent</li></ul>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $19-$20 per hour.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position.
