They ensure data collection quality, adherence to guidelines, and smooth field operations. Locations We are looking to recruit Senior Field Coordinators from the following regions: Oromia, Tigray, SNNPRESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of field supervisors/coordinators.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of Field Agents/Enumerators.</li><li>Ensure Field Agents understand and adhere to data collection protocols and guidelines.</li><li>Conduct regular field visits to monitor data collection processes.</li><li>Provide on-site training and support to Field Agents.</li><li>Review completed questionnaires for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of all completed questionnaires.</li><li>Address any issues or challenges faced by Field Agents in the field.</li><li>Maintain clear and effective communication with the Field Associate Manager and Field Coordinator.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on field activities and data collection progress.</li><li>Ensure all data collection equipment is well-maintained and functional.</li><li>Promote and uphold Pula’s values and mission in all field activities.</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the Field Associate Manager.</li></ul>Who you are: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES:<ul><li>Diploma/Certificate in Business, Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture or any other related field. </li></ul><ul><li>MUST HAVE A SMARTPHONE<ul><li>With Android version 7 and above plus access to Google Play Store.</li><li>Good internet access, enough storage space and should be GPS enabled. </li></ul></li><li>Experience in data collection and working with farmers in rural settings is an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in local languages spoken in the district.</li><li>Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience in data collection and working with farmers in rural settings is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to manage checklists, work plans, and logistics.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle field challenges.</li></ul>Some more expectations:<ul><li>Our team is deeply field based.
