You will work collaboratively with hardware design and manufacturing engineering teams to define and implement quality standards, product and process requirements, and manufacturing quality control plans. Base is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will work with a highly motivated team on extremely challenging projects.What You'll Do<ul style=""><li>Define and implement manufacturing quality control plans across our factory</li><li>Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to build design and process FMEAs, and drive risk reduction activities to improve manufacturing processes</li><li>Support the development of Base’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QMS into production, engineering, and supply chain processes</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions</li><li>Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Lead corrective and preventive action processes to address non-conformances</li><li>Set up non-conformance work streams and rework processes to support manufacturing</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality system effectiveness</li><li>Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality policies</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field</li><li>3+ years of manufacturing quality experience</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA)</li><li>Experience with quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), measurement systems analysis (MSA), and general statistical data analysis</li><li>Excellent documentation and organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and train staff</li><li>Certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor is a plus</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Our Values</h2><ul style=""><li>First Principles Thinking: Question assumptions.
