You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for rapidly responding to inbound leads and scheduling qualified appointments for our Energy Advisors. You will play a crucial role in our sales process by quickly assessing the needs of leads, engaging in meaningful conversations, and effectively communicating the value of our offerings.What You'll Do<ul style=""><li>Promptly respond to all inbound leads generated through various channels to drive engagement and move prospects down the funnel.</li><li>Schedule qualified appointments for Energy Advisors, ensuring accurate information is captured and communicated.</li><li>Reach prospects via outbound campaigns and demonstrate that you are proficient and creative in the communication technology space.</li><li>Provide insights to Marketing and work together to set up successful campaigns that drive meetings and engagement.</li><li>Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand lead needs and pain points, engaging in meaningful conversations to determine their suitability for our solutions.</li><li>Accurately record all lead interactions and updates in our CRM system, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and address lead inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul style=""><li>0-2 years of experience in a high volume sales role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.</li><li>Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies.</li><li>Ability to manage a high volume of inbound leads efficiently.</li><li>Highly responsive, proactive, and customer-focused.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul style=""><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot).</li><li>Team player motivated by the mission who always puts the company’s best interests first.</li><li>Experience in energy storage, solar, or retail energy.</li><li>Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Our Values</h2><ul style=""><li>First Principles Thinking: Question assumptions.
