We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join our marketing team and help shape the future of our brand.What You'll Do<ul style=""><li>Own the paid marketing campaign strategy across paid social, paid search, and additional channels. Be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and insights.</li><li>Develop a high performing creative content engine to effectively scale campaigns at target costs.</li><li>Ideate, test, and scale new channel opportunities within and outside of paid strategies. </li><li>Closely collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align messaging and strategy.</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul style=""><li>3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid digital acquisition campaigns.</li><li>Proficient in Meta and Google advertising.</li><li>Previous experience working at an early-stage startup or similar environment.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and excel in unstructured environments.</li><li>Familiarity with basic marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Figma, or similar) and basic data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).</li><li>Strong marketing intuition.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul style=""><li>Experience with field marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or content marketing.</li><li>Strong marketing intuition.</li><li>A passion for storytelling and building brands.</li><li>Analytical mindset with an eye for data-driven improvements.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Our Values</h2><ul style=""><li>First Principles Thinking: Question assumptions.
