This role requires a blend of technical know-how and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced engineering environment.What You'll Do<ul style=""><li>Technical Support: Assist engineers with hands-on tasks like assembling, testing, and troubleshooting prototypes, components, and equipment. Will include detailed solder rework, thermocouple welding / wiring / labeling, and harness making.</li><li>Safety and Cleanliness of space: Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the office and lab environments. Maintain and enforce a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory of engineering tools, parts, and supplies. Order new stock as needed and ensure equipment is properly calibrated.</li><li>Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors for purchasing, service, and technical support for lab and office equipment.</li><li>Project Coordination: Help track project timelines, materials, and progress. Ensure the engineering team has the necessary resources to meet deadlines.</li><li>Tech Support for Staff: Provide basic tech support for office hardware and software, troubleshooting minor IT issues. </li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul style=""><li>High School diploma or equivalent required - prefer associates degree or higher in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in an engineering or technical environment, providing hands-on support for design, testing, and assembly of equipment.
