Tomorrow.io is seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute our talent acquisition efforts across multiple business, sites and technical functions. This role blends workforce strategy, hiring operations, and high-quality candidate experience to help us build teams that enable Tomorrow.io’s mission at global scale. This role will start as IC and will develop to lead a team of TAs.The TA Manager’s mission is to design and deliver a hiring engine that attracts, selects, and secures top talent aligned with Tomorrow.io’s values and business goals. This includes shaping talent strategies, implementing AI strategy, driving execution across all stages of recruitment, and ensuring an inclusive, high-trust experience for candidates and hiring managers.
