In addition to this, they are involved with the day to day processing of end of day trade batch runs and ensuring the systems are business ready prior to the start of business for each region.The team has relationships with 2nd line support teams within the Application Services teams as well as dealing with the Platform Teams i.e. Server Support, DBA, UNIX, Storage, Messaging. The team also works in collaboration with IT Operations Management and Global Service Desk.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform daily application health checks and functional testing to ensure system integrity and availability.</li><li>Run batch processing accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Monitor system events and incidents using enterprise monitoring tools;
