For over a decade Matchbook has offered bespoke electronic solutions to manage basis, fixing and . Asset classes covered include FRA &amp; SPS, FXOs and NDFs. Matchbook is global product managed via three regional teams offering product management expertise and dedicated sales &amp; support.Matchbook uses a matching algorithm to reduce our clients fixing, basis and strike risk exposures. Our scheduled matching runs seek to manage client’s portfolios and protect traders against volatile P&amp;L with an objective to be notional neutral.The role is primarily to assist in the development and rollout of new products to increase Matchbook revenue generation in order to diversify and grow the global footprint. This includes, exploring new opportunities, growing our market share through the delivery of efficiencies and new developments. The role will report to the Head of Matchbook EMEA, assisting regionally and globally if necessary, to ensure the continued delivery of a high quality service to our targeted clients which meets their current and future needs.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Set Matchbook curves/vol surfaces for FX Options risk mitigation runs</li><li>Review submissions, check risk constraints to deliver effective results for all participants</li><li>End to end management of FXO optimisation runs</li><li>Test and innovate to deliver more efficient tools for FXO strike risk management</li><li>Deliver optimisation reports for internal and external consumption</li><li>Become expert in the Matchbook solver for system and product enhancements</li><li>Assist with the development of broader MatchBook products and system enhancements across Rates and FX derivatives</li><li>Work with the Sales team to deliver maximum client participation and in capacity as product expert in FXO</li><li>Available for client engagement and technical discussions both during and between runs</li></ul>Experience / Competences: Essential<ul><li>Proven FX derivatives expertise and hands-on experience with FX options pricing and risk</li><li>In depth knowledge of risk mitigation services for FX derivatives</li><li>Excellent product knowledge in FX Options and associated risk and pricing</li><li>In depth experience building pricing models for curve construction</li><li>Fluent Excel and VBA and familiarity in curve construction workflows</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engagement with internal stakeholders and clients</li><li>Commercial mindset</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level: Manager, 7#LI-Hybrid #LI-MIDNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
