The Production Planner is responsible for optimizing the manufacturing process by ensuring smooth and efficient production scheduling.<ul><li>Develop production schedules that maximize efficiency while meeting delivery deadlines and customer expectations.</li><li>Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure materials are available, and resources are effectively utilized.</li><li>Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address bottlenecks or delays, minimizing downtime.</li><li>Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and help drive continuous process optimization.</li><li>Ensure inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels, balancing costs and ensuring sufficient materials to meet production demands.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to improve lead times, streamline workflows, and maintain high-quality production standards.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; or compensating years of experience</li><li>2 Years of Industry-relevant professional experience</li><li>Relevant certifications, system experience, and training</li><li>Basic English reading and speaking skills required to understand work instructions and safety information.</li><li>Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (final offer within this range based on skills, experience, and internal equity)</li></ul> Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
