Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Freudenberg-NOK Industrial Services Division's production area makes custom seals for a variety of customers. Working with core stock made out of different rubber, the Production Associate is responsible for all work orders related to the production area. This includes proper verification, vulcanization, data-entry and documentation of said work orders. They will also be responsible for cross training with all other production and warehouse staff.<div><div><div><div>The Production Associate is also responsible for operating a production line, while ensuring adherence to company standards for safety, clean environment, quality, and productivity in order to meet customer requirements. <ul><li>Responsible for cord pulling, splicing, vulcanizing, and quality inspections on all production work orders. </li><li>Responsible for recording batch and cure dates accurately.</li><li>Will read work orders and identify any special splicing, vulcanizing, and packaging instructions. </li><li>Responsible for the line performance regarding output and uptime</li><li>Responsible for maintaining high quality products by inspecting cord for defects on both raw materials and finished products. </li><li>Digitally documents process and quality data.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring product is labeled appropriately, relabeling when necessary. </li><li>Operates and monitors equipment used in the production process.</li><li>Ensures production processes remain compliant with Quality Policies and initiates appropriate measures in case of deviations.</li><li>Cleans and maintains machines and equipment; return any extra material to its original location.</li><li>Maintain all safety and 5S standards.</li><li>Will adhere to all ISO standards and participate in audits. </li></ul></div></div></div></div><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree</li><li>High level of commitment and flexibility</li><li>Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for 4 or more hours at a time.</li><li>Can read work orders, safety instructions, or operating manuals written in English (preferred).</li><li>Basic computer skills (preferred).</li><li>Forklift Certified Preferred</li><li>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.</li><li>Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts as needed.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.</li><li>Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position.</li><li>Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm</li><li>Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour</li></ul> Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
