Job Description:Position Summary We are seeking a highly talented Analyst to help drive our global sales programs. The Analyst will create and perform complex energy and financial models, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on technical requirements, project economics, and financial information acquired through a variety of channels.   S/he will utilize the CRM tools to provide the team with a consistent and accurate view of global sales activity and come to NEXTracker with extensive financial and business modeling experience. The Analyst will work closely with the Global Sales teams, Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure that NEXTracker is consistently exceeds customer expectations.  Responsibilities  <ul><li style="text-align:left;">Developing Modelling tools </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Coordinate sales proposals and generate quotes </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Track sales activities using Salesforce.com  </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Maintain revenue forecast on a weekly basis </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements, and modifications </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Generate Sales reports &amp; Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stake holders </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Create and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all NEXTracker sales </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Work closely with the Marketing &amp; Product Management Team to provide input on new products </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Continually streamline, standardize, and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Periodically analyze orders and quotes to determine hit rates, top market segments, effectiveness of different value propositions, sources of leads   </li></ul>Experience and Qualifications  <ul><li style="text-align:left;">Engineering or advanced degree in a business or technical field </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">1-3 years of sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or financial modelling experience  </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Solar experience, power industry experience a plus </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Fluency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Experience utilizing CRM tools, Salesforce.com is a plus </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Excellent written and oral communication skills </li></ul><ul><li style="text-align:left;">Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li></ul>  At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
